Dr Smith is a significant Truscott shareholder and brings operational experience in mineral exploration activities. He is also a medical specialist who contributes expertise in workplace health and safety management.

Over a decade of multi-commodity experience across Europe and Australasia, including gold, critical minerals, and iron ore. Establishing management and technical systems, supporting Truscott's business development objectives.

Mr Henderson, Truscott's former Chief Geologist, has over 40 years' experience and consults as the Competent Person in accordance with JORC Code and ASX requirements.
